Par citation \u00e0 compara\u00eetre, le GUP pr\u00e8s le Tribunal des mineurs de B. a assign\u00e9 le mineur V. pour r\u00e9pondre du crime de diffamation car, se sachant innocent, il a accus\u00e9 A. des crimes vis\u00e9s aux articles 612 et 581 du code p\u00e9nal : il a notamment d\u00e9pos\u00e9 plainte aupr\u00e8s du commissariat des carabiniers de A. contre A. en d\u00e9clarant que le m\u00eame \u00ab a mis sa main autour de son cou, le poussant vers le mur puis l'a gifl\u00e9 deux fois au visage et d'un ton mena\u00e7ant a dit si vous parlez encore une fois je te tuerai". Lors de l'audience, l'accus\u00e9 a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 des avis informatiques r\u00e9dig\u00e9s par les consultants mandat\u00e9s par Avv. Gianfranco Rotondo qui a ni\u00e9 les d\u00e9clarations faites par les nombreux t\u00e9moins \u00e0 charge, ne pouvant ainsi pas prouver la responsabilit\u00e9 p\u00e9nale de l'accus\u00e9 V.
